Seb Nadal, a top level judo black belt and BJJ brown belt, taught his first class last night in Oxford. Seb will be covering a few more sessions and it’s great to have him down.

Congratulations to Rachel Griffith and Alex Shepherd who were awarded their blue belts this week by head instructor Sam Gibson.
